Our Sun Balm is exclusively formulated with tallow, a nutrient-rich fat derived from grass-fed cows, overflowing with vitamins A, D, E, and K. Tallow effectively moisturizes and calms the skin, while enhancing its elasticity and minimizing the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles. Tallow's high concentration of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) makes it a crucial element in promoting external healing, thanks to how easily it can be absorbed and its high level of bio-availability.

In addition to tallow, our Sun Balm also contains 20% non-nano zinc oxide, a mineral that forms a physical barrier on your skin to reflect and scatter UV radiation. Zinc oxide effectively blocks both UVA and UVB rays, providing broad spectrum protection.

Unlike chemical sunscreens that can irritate sensitive skin, our Sun Balm contains non-nano zinc oxide. Non-nano zinc oxide has a larger particle size than nano zinc oxide, which means it stays on top of your skin, rather than penetrating into your skin and entering the bloodstream. This provides a safer alternative to regular sunscreen, making it safe for infants and all skin types! It's also free from parabens, phthalates, and synthetic fragrances, making it the superior choice for you and your family.

Ingredients: 100% grass fed, grass-finished beef suet tallow, organic cold pressed olive oil, non-nano zinc oxide 20%, organic virgin coconut oil (cold pressed & unrefined), organic beeswax (local), dash of organic cocoa powder (for color)

Directions: Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Re-apply within two hours or after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.  

Our Sun Balm is estimated to have a 25~35spf. Reapplication as needed for sensitive skin and active use.
