Damages or Issues
Please inspect your item upon its arrival and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item. If your order arrives incomplete, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged items: Purely Vibrant is not liable for any products damaged, stolen, or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed in your shipping notification. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Sometimes packages may be misdelivered or marked as delivered before they've arrived. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.
How Do I Care For My Product?
Purely Vibrant products are free from artificial preservatives, remaining shelf-stable through tallow's own natural properties. Optimize the lifespan of your product by securely sealing the lid between uses, storing it at room temperature (65-75 degrees), and taking measures to prevent moisture and bacteria build-up. A good rule of thumb for "expiration" is generally between 6-12 months as long as our recommendations are followed. Remember, clean dry hands only.
If exposed to high heat (above 75-80 degrees) for long periods of time, the tallow balm can melt. The texture of the balm will change, but its effectiveness will remain the same!
If your balm melts, you have a few ways to fix it! It is still completely fine to use and it's effectiveness does not change at all!
If you want it in "balm form", simply stir it around and place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Once it has solidified, it's ready to go!
If you want it in "whipped form", simply stir it around and pour it in a small bowl. Place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Once it has solidified, you can take a hand mixer and mix it for about 30 seconds and it will whip right back up!
