Why Is Shipping a Flat Rate?

Because we value our customers so much, we actually cover over 50% of the cost prior to packaging and labor. It's no surprise that glass jars weigh more than plastic, but glass jars preserve the quality of Purely Vibrant products more than plastic. This is the top priority for us! We aim to ensure our products are as safe as possible for you! We also choose to charge everyone the local shipping rate because we don't feel you should be penalized by expensive shipping costs from living far from our headquarters. Instead, we cover all those costs for you!

What is the Typical Shipping Time?

We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround time, especially for being a small business company!

We do our very best to get your order out the door as soon as possible, but we do ask that you allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. During holidays and promotional events, these projections may run longer as we get overloaded with orders!

We ship with USPS. You will automatically be sent an email with your tracking number when we are packaging your order. The tracking updates will become available once packages are scanned by the post office; however, it can take up to one day before the package can be tracked. If you do not provide your email address on the order you will not receive your tracking number.

Local Pickup?

Yes! Local pickup in Seymour, TN. Select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout instead of shipping. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup! 

Shipping Address Errors?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We will happily reship a package that is returned if you make an error , but we will have to charge for shipping again as that cost goes straight to USPS.
